Our History
Having years of nursing experience and having worked for large corporations, we realized that it was sadly becoming the norm to take the human element out of healthcare. This is what drove us to branch out on our own. People are the reason we are here and when you are here you are a person – not a number. We take time to listen and actually hear your concerns. Unlike large franchises, we are all from this community and want to give the gift of health back to our community.

Every individual is unique and should be treated as such. We strive to ensure each individual patient is given our undivided attention, and compassion and is treated utilizing evidence-based quality healthcare. Our patients will achieve optimal health and wellness with Elite.
Our Vision
As nurse practitioners, it is imperative that we grow with the community. We will support and encourage current and future nurse practitioners to put the patients' needs first and ensure the human element remains in all aspects of care provided. We envision being a household name in this community for years to come. We aim to promote optimal health in our community while providing the most patient-centered care possible.
